About Stefanie
Stefanie Shaughnessy is a former law enforcement officer turned entrepreneur, Enneagram expert, and mentor. A Detroit native and Florida resident since 1998, she served in law enforcement from 2000 to 2014 as an officer, detective, instructor, hostage negotiator, and team leader of a Critical Incident Stress Management Team. After leaving her law enforcement career to focus on her family, she found herself unexpectedly launching a new path in network marketing—one that would transform both her health and her career.
What began as a personal journey to improve her gut health and stress levels in 2014 turned into an accidental business with Plexus Worldwide, where she quickly emerged as a top leader. Today, Stefanie is a Plexus 3-Star Diamond Ambassador, leading a team of thousands and empowering others to build sustainable, successful businesses.
Her passion for mental health advocacy led her to volunteer with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in 2007, inspired by personal experiences with loved ones facing mental health challenges. She served as a board member and walk chair of the North Florida Chapter of AFSP for over a decade, continuing her mission to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention.
Beyond her entrepreneurial success, Stefanie is a certified Enneagram Coach (Your Enneagram Coach, 2022) and a graduate of the Atmana Academy (2020), where she obtained her Intuitive Life Coach Certification. She now mentors and trains aspiring coaches, combining mindset, leadership, and personal growth strategies to help others succeed.
Stefanie lives in Jacksonville, Florida, with her husband (a law enforcement officer), their son, Liam, and their Golden Retriever, Oliver.
