Suicide Prevention

Talk saves lives.  There is no single cause to suicide.



I’ve been with the North Florida Chapter of the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention since 2007. My career in law enforcement opened my eyes to the number of people who struggle with mental health issues and die by suicide every year. 

If suicides were depicted on the news as homicides are, there would be a national outcry to do something more.

I have lost a couple of friends to suicide and I have loved ones who struggle with mental health issues.
